Voor mijn opdrachtgever, ABN AMRO te Amsterdam (Gustav Mahlerlaan 10) ben ik op zoek naar een Interim Business Data Modeller.
The Business Developer Data will be working in the HR Integration Team. This is a devops team within HR responsible for data lineage, data governance, reporting and data quality management.

• Uren: 36 uur per week
• Tarief max. € 117,- per uur excl. btw

We are looking for an experienced Business Data Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing our future proof data model for the HR Datamart (Operational Data Store and Data Warehouse) that comply with SFR regulations and support our operational and strategic reporting needs.
You will be part of the HR Integration Team, a devops team working Agile Scrum. The HR Integration Team is responsible for the management of data within HR.

Beschrijving

A designed and aligned future proof datamodel for the HR datamart (conceptual, logic, physical level). We already process a lot of HR related data but we notice that the current models are not future proof. Next we need to be up to par for all SFR (Sustainable Finance Regulations) related data.

In your role, you will be responsible for the onboarding of specific datasets (HR related). Onboarding requires:
- Requirement engineering;
- Creation (and understanding) of functional designs;
- Setup data quality checks;
- Ability to analyse and understand the data (technical, functional, context).

Functie eisen

• At least 5 years of experience in data modeling and analysis
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and integrate complex datasets
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams
• Experience in developing data models that integrate multiple datasets
• Past experience working in an agile and devops environment is a pré
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, preferably Dutch as well)
• Experience with data warehouse and data market concepts
• Knowledge of technical data solutions and data quality control
• Ability to understand and translate both technical and business requirements into data models
• Residing in the Netherlands
